1. Click this link https://portal.itccloud.com/webphone/agent-center
  2. Once the Edge opens and loads the page, in the address bar you will see an icon with 3 squares and a “+” sign
  3. Click on the squares and a box will pop up that says, “Install ITC Mobile Web app” Click Install
  4. A different message will pop up asking about App installed. Uncheck Pin to Start and check Auto-start on device login. Click allow
  5. Another window will appear at the bottom right asking if you would like to pin this app to the taskbar. Click yes.
  6. At this point the app should be installed. You can now click on “Sign in with Microsoft”
  7. Choose your account
  8. Several questions will appear asking for permission to use your microphone, make audio selection, and browser notifications.  Select Allow on all.
  9. After that, the app should load.
  10. One additional benefit of the new system: you no longer need to dial 9 before making an outside call
