Changing Speed Dial Contacts on Your Desk Phone

With the new phone system, desk phone users can customize their speed dial buttons through the web portal.

Access the Phone Settings

  1. Open the In_Telecom Cloud app on your computer.
  2. Click the 9-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select User Portal.
  4. If prompted to sign in, choose Use Microsoft.
  5. In the portal, click the Phones icon at the top.
  6. Locate your Yealink SIP-T73U phone.
  7. Click the ITC Builder gear icon on the right.
  8. When prompted with "Edit button configuration for this phone", click Yes.

Configure Speed Dials

  1. The phone layout will appear with your speed dial buttons listed on the right.
  2. Only unassigned buttons can be edited. Do not modify buttons 7 or 8.
  3. To add a speed dial: 
    • Select an available button.
    • Choose Speed Dial from the Select Feature dropdown.
    • Enter the extension or phone number.
    • Enter a name in the Custom Label field.

Find an Extension

  • Click Directory at the top of the page to browse available extensions.

Save Your Changes

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to Save and select Save and Resync.

Important: Choosing Save alone will not update the labels on your desk phone. You must use Save and Resync.
